The space between

You have things you want to do with your life.

Not because somebody told you that you should. Because there are things inside of you that you genuinely want to experience, create, accomplish, change, explore, and become.

And at the same time, life is happening.

Children need you.

Relationships require attention.

Businesses require decisions.

Careers require energy.

Families need support.

Bills exist.

Bodies need care.

Faith needs tending.

Friendships need nurturing.

And somewhere inside of all of that is still you.

The Hustle & Heal Summit is about making space for the whole woman.

The woman who wants to build.

The woman who needs to heal.

The woman who wants to keep moving.

The woman who occasionally needs to stop.

The woman who is becoming somebody she has never been before.

The experience

What is the Hustle & Heal Summit?

The Hustle & Heal Summit is a multi-speaker virtual experience bringing together Black women, clinicians, entrepreneurs, leaders, educators, and other experts for honest conversations about what it actually takes to create a life that works.

This is not two days of motivational speeches telling you to work harder. And it is not two days of telling ambitious women to abandon everything and rest. We are interested in the space between those extremes.

How do you keep moving without abandoning yourself?

How do you build sustainable relationships?

How do you protect your capacity?

How do you parent and still exist as a whole person?

How do you navigate money, career, faith, identity, boundaries, emotional health, purpose, community, and change?

Those are the conversations we are having.

What to expect

Honest conversations across the full life

Each conversation area is a distinct content block — a real question, not a platitude. Together they form a map of the whole woman.

03

04

05

Parenting & Family

How do you care deeply for the people you love while remaining a person with needs, dreams, limits, and an identity of your own?

06

Faith & Spiritual Life

What does spiritual grounding look like in a life that is constantly moving?

Licensed Professional Counselor & Founder, Renew Restoration LLC

Catrina Labrie, LPC-S, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, adjunct professor, author, speaker, trainer, and founder of Renew Restoration, a trauma-informed counseling practice serving individuals and families in Texas and Oklahoma. Her work focuses on trauma, anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, relationship patterns, self-worth, and the deeper experiences that shape how people think, feel, relate, and respond. Beyond counseling, Catrina is passionate about education and equipping others with practical tools for meaningful, sustainable change. She serves as an adjunct professor and provides mental health workshops, consultation, trainings, and educational resources for organizations, schools, and communities. Her message is rooted in the belief that people are not broken; they are shaped, and that healing creates the opportunity to choose what comes next.

Session

Beyond the Hustle: When Being Strong Becomes Survival

Women are often celebrated for being strong, dependable, productive, and able to carry it all. But what happens when strength becomes a survival strategy? In this practical session, Catrina explores the hidden emotional cost of constantly being “the strong one,” drawing from clinical experience to unpack the difference between coping and healing, why high-functioning women continue to push even when emotionally depleted, and practical ways to move from survival toward awareness, alignment, and healing.

The connection between authenticity and boundaries is profound and powerful — yet it goes unrealized or just plain ignored by so many of us. Still, there we sit, day after day, stuck in a cycle of self-sabotage and masking, while blaming others. This session will challenge the story you've been telling yourself about your people-pleasing behavior.

VIP: 4-Week Accountability & Acceleration Program — $297

One goal. Four weeks. No detours.

The Summit can introduce ideas. VIP is a focused implementation experience built to help you actually move on them. Each participant chooses one clear goal at the beginning of the four weeks — and the program stays focused on that goal: what you are working toward, what is blocking progress, what actions need to happen, what tools and resources you need, and what happens next.

This is not general coaching. It is not open-ended life processing. And it is not a collection of extra Summit content. It is structure, accountability, and acceleration around a single goal.

Vulnerability

Name the one goal that actually matters right now — and get honest about what has been blocking it.

Accountability

Your goal is held for four weeks. What you are working toward, what is in the way, and what needs to happen next stays in view the entire time.

Acceleration

Move from intention to action — the specific steps, tools, resources, and decisions that turn one goal into real progress.

One goal. Four weeks. No detours.

The Life Inventory

Language for the patterns you already sense

Throughout the Summit experience, attendees may also be invited to complete the Life Inventory, a guided self-reflection assessment designed to help them examine where their current life feels aligned, depleted, constrained, or ready for change.

The result provides language for patterns they may already sense but have not fully named.

It is not a diagnosis. It is not an instruction to immediately change everything.

It is another way to see life more clearly.
